2002 ~ POWER TRAINING PROGRAM:
'A' - 'AAA'
competitive aggressive power
skating
with less technical work, more pure conditioning & leg strength
Purpose:
develop players to the next competitive level,
increase intensity, leg strength, endurance, improve & apply current
abilities and exposes skating weaknesses.
Approach: hardcore, intense, non-emotional,
demanding.. as if every skate is a tryout
Priority: all aspects of complete
full coordinated power skating first, pucks are secondary (rarely used)
Examples:

multiple stop & go power skating methods

cycling and much more
KEY NOTES:
